- YE3 efficiency is not lower than IE3 to IEC 60034-30. IE3 is the minimum for industrial motors in many countries, but rules differ: since July 2023 the EU requires IE4 for 2-, 4- and 6-pole motors of 75–200 kW, so choose YE4 for that range. Please check the regulations at your project location.
- Rated current is given for both 380 V and 400 V; 400 V 50 Hz is the common supply in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. For 415 V, 440 V, 460 V or 60 Hz, please state this in the selection form.
- For compressors, fans, pumps and other general machinery, and also petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical and mining applications; describe any special site conditions in your enquiry.
- For higher efficiency, the same frame can be supplied as YE4 (IE4) or YE5 (IE5) with unchanged mounting dimensions.

Yes. YE3 efficiency is not lower than IE3 to IEC 60034-30 and grade 3 of China GB 18613-2020. The highest efficiency among the standard models on this frame is 87.7%.
Can the YE3-100L run on a 400 V 50 Hz supply?
Yes. Rated voltage is 380 V or 400 V and the table gives the rated current at 400 V. Please state other voltages or 60 Hz in your enquiry.
