Values at 380 V, 50 Hz; efficiency applies at 75–100% load and noise is the no-load sound pressure level. At voltages other than 380 V, current I = IN × 380 / U and other values are unchanged. For 60 Hz motors, add 6 dB(A) to the no-load noise of 2-pole frames 200–355 and 5 dB(A) for other pole numbers. Final values are those in the routine test report.

- Choose the Ex marking for the site: Ex d I Mb for underground coal mines with firedamp (methane); Ex d IIB T4 Gb for IIB gases such as ethylene in surface industry; Ex d IIC T4 Gb where hydrogen, acetylene or other IIC gases are present. Suitable for Zone 1 and Zone 2 explosive gas atmospheres.
- The standard version is for indoor use. For indoor medium / strong anti-corrosion (F1 / F2), outdoor medium / strong anti-corrosion (WF1 / WF2), humid tropical (TH) or high-altitude (G) conditions, the code is added to the model, e.g. YBX5-160L-2 WF1; please state this in your enquiry.
- Values are for 380 V, 50 Hz. At other voltages the rated current is I = IN × 380 / U. Please state 60 Hz or other voltages in the selection form.
- YBX5 reaches China GB 18613-2020 efficiency grade 1 (IE5), one grade above YBX4, and suits pumps, fans and compressors running long hours where energy cost matters.
